I had it replaced before and they came out within a couple of days. I can drive it but don't know when it will die and the closest service center out of town is 2 hours away and I am on a tight schedule.

Tesla communication through the app is terrible. One person tells me to Sure come in and we will replace the battery. Another person tells me it has to be ordered. In the mean time I can't drive the car on my extended, 1500 mile trip .... MAJOR DESIGN Flaw!!!!

Thank you for this information. I am having the LTE upgrade today and having the same navigation problem. I will talk to the service guy today and see what he says. I did a ticket with Tesla and they said I could upgrade to the new infotainment fo 2,000$.... yeah right.

I haven't had my fingernail caught but it has pinched my fingers very hard and it hurts. It has also pinched the fingers of my passengers. Very dangerous, especially if a child were to get their fingers caught under the handle when it retracts. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen!! If it hasn't...
