I drove from South Seattle up to Paradise in my SR+ (240 mi) and back, so I'm sure you'll be fine in the LR. I gained about 12 - 15 mi of charge dropping down from Paradise to the entrance of the park. I got close to empty when I was done with the trip (188 mi trip) but there's always Auburn...

Auburn is a great place to top off before heading up there. Turn regen on max (I always keep mine on max, but others do not) before heading back down from Paradise. It took me a while to learn to keep it at 60 or lower if I was worried about range. I got scared after making it to Paradise...

On my M3 SR+, I just did my tabs and they cost $680. The car cost $45K (tax, title, etc.) to buy in Jun 2019 (41K w/out tax). The RTA excise tax was $387. Remember that your car is a year older when you renew your tabs, and I think the RTA is based on the current estimated value of your car. ..
