Did anyone get matrix headlights? When I asked Tesla person during delivery they said some people have gotten it, it was just random. She said she will check and let me know but I forgot about it at the end of orientation.

It actually happened during orientation. It was working while we were checking the car out. So not sure what triggered it.

Picked up car, few scratches passenger car door won’t open: the Tesla guy was saying they are seeing a lot of these now a days said need to change the whole panel and a small dent. Service appointment has been setup, they have a small Tesla3 1:42 size car for the inconvenience. Other than that...

But how do you convince them once you picked up the car if there is a paint issue or scratches, as they would most probably blame it on you back right?

Did you get it finally? Mine had a crack on the window so they pushed out the delivery to tomorrow. I didn’t go in but they called me to let me know. Why can’t they do proper testing instead of expecting a customer to do it. This seems to be worse than buying from a regular car dealer.

And the sage continues, got a call from Tesla saying my windshield has a chip and they need to replace it, so it went back into hold

Seriously they take like 1 and half year to give a car with issues. Do they help u find issues or do you have to find them yourself? I have my pickup tomorrow and it is going to be my first Tesla so worried.

Congrats, which location? Specs?

When I talked to them today, they told me it will be pushed based on delivery date and time. I told them well my delivery was today. So they told they will update it to tomorrow instead of Sunday keeping in mind if everything will go smoothly otherwise it will be Sunday for sure.
