Update: picked up my car today , new bill adjusted was much better $343.40 Cdn ( tax included) - asked them why the difference - said it was easier access , took less time

Had this happen in October, Model s 90D- 2016 , with about 30K miles. cost me $1600. Was wondering the same ? Just bought it a month before, hardly drove it- maybe 300 miles. Took the wind out of my sails; was really loving the car.

2016 Model S 90 - mileage 30K miles - got the same message of death "Car May Not Start" was in October. Made appointment on app - diagnosed as coolant heater failure, $1600. Only had the car for about a month. Love the car, but definitely took the wind out of my sails. Is this common? Don't...
