Mine isn't as this severe, just a little bit. However, when I turn the wheels I don't hear it. It's when I moving forward slowly I can kind of hear the squeal noise.

Anybody know what could be the cause?

@Adam3 Yes! But not every try. Maybe 3/10 times I would hear that squeal. Sounds like it’s coming from the spring or something as I put the weight on the fender.

I got the car back yesterday and they fixed it. Supposedly they added some padding since the seat itself was rubbing against the bracket or something 🤷🏻‍♂️ Hopefully this fixes it for good or really hate bringing the car back to service.

Hi @scottf200 - I tried lifting it "a moment later" but didn't work. What the service advisor did was a 1 motion - As soon as the hood pops he pulls it up as it pops. He said there will be a feeling of stuck but just pull on it it'll open.

Lifting it while it's locked then click the button? Or after it's open then lift it? I tried lifting it while it's open but doesn't work.
