Seriously, at least put it at the WAWA up near the 38&295 interchange next to Wegmans. Spread them out more. I understand if the other one is busy, but you'll still draw away plus be making it more convenient for some users. Maybe they want to cover the mall but can't access?

Odd update. 2 or 3 weeks ago saw a crew of trucks working on this site early in the morning. Next day, on the way back home noticed the Meter installed, but oddly the cabinet nearest the highway was still covered. Still covered as of this afternoon.
