Solved it - I think. The battery has to be above a certain percentage for it to work - I think for me, had to have 66 miles of range, and then it works.

Hi All Just got my M3P last week. Trying to activate climate control through the appt, and keeps coming up with the message " Failed to turn on climate " Any ideas ? Have read a few things about it being a faulty sensor - anyone else had the same issues ? R Mehul

I collected mine yesterday from Brent Cross.Very efficient. Hundreds of cars. Interestingly I think they were forcing a software update, as a large proportion of them had their lights flashing on and off in random patterns. No faults at all. No passenger lumbar support, as expected.
