Tesla service centres won't because to be able to offer MOTs sites need to be able to do the emissions testing required by ICE vehicles. I think its perfectly reasonable for Tesla to decide nope we're not spending money on equipment that is 100% useless for an EV.

Presumably these were cars that were actually registered (even if they were just sat in a tesla showroom at Westfield or something) and as such can't be considered New. Anything that has been registered to Tesla previously is therefore being displayed as 'Demo' even if it was a static demo model

I did a similar thing with my salary sacrifice - the reason it works is Tesla don't have special deals with the various contract hire companies - if you were getting a Ford say they may well have a discount negotiated with Ford which wouldn't necessarily apply if they took over an order created...

Hang on - are you saying a garage can get out of giving an MOT to a Tesla due to 'not having the right equipment' yet Tesla service centres can't do MOT's because that would require them to have equipment to test emissions - one of these two things is incorrect as they are mutually contradictory

You'll have to pay a £50 admin fee to tusker's to put it on (its actually 25 admin to put it on and 25 to take it off again, you just pay it together initially). Actually there is some protective stuff - they have something on the trim, there were the photos of tesla's on car transporters and people thought they were older stock as it looked like they had chrome trim but it was actually the white protective film over the trim.

I suspect new as in their company will be offering a salary sacrifice scheme from that date. A random person can't just decide to get a car through salary sacrifice it needs to be agreed with their employer as the car is (for legal purposes) actually a company car.
