I wasn't long before I was scooping up stickers and elbowpads every weekend. I was on my way to the big time, nothing was going to stop me... I was ready to turn pro. Plum sports stepped in, gave me a free hoodie and told me they would put me in Transworld. This was it, I was on my way. I skated home that night feeling like everything in the universe was aligned, every atom in me was expressing love with each revolution, the street lights blurred past me as I carved between the vagrants and steet vendors. I got home, came to my senses and went to work as a user interface designer.
