    Supercharger - Baker, CA (LIVE / EXPANDED 40 V2 + 20 V3 stalls)

My assumption is they are connected to the old transformer because that is what was available for Thanksgiving before and until very recently. They probably charge the batteries during the off hours and then use it during the peak hours so I wouldn't say the old transformer necessarily has more...

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

With such a big expansion planned here you would think that improving the restroom situation would be a high priority for the owner of this establishment.

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

Interesting I think that means that atleast part of the expansion is now open but sounds like 20 stalls of the 56 stalls so this is a little deceptive saying 250 kW. Maybe Tesla should break it out to say 40 at 150 kW and 20 at 250 kW. This will be an appreciated additions for the Holidays...

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

I have seen places where Tesla is waiting for the transformer for some time so I think they just go and install when they can. Once they get required permits and complete construction then they put pressure on the Utility to finish it up.

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

You guys are both right in defining the terms I am just making the statement that the limitation here at Baker on why the 56 stall expansion is not yet energized is a limitation in capacity of electricity in the Baker area. This upgrade goes back to the substation serving the area and why the...

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

This is an upgrade to capacity in the area that will allow for more Tesla Superchargers to be energized.

Supercharger - Barstow, CA - Tanger Way (LIVE, 70 V3 stalls)

@bmah - Time to update the title

Supercharger - Baker, CA - Expansion

I believe this is for testing purposes only and not meant for any type of public consumption at all. Med/Heavy duty charging is still in its infancy and I don't personally see it growing too much too soon. If anything some other company would come and build a charging depot before Tesla does...

    Supercharger - King City, CA (LIVE 15 Sep 2023, 16 V3 stalls)

Not saying it definitely can't go here but also remember the utility will typically require bollards in front of any equipment and it looks like the asphalt was already put down without any location for bollards to be placed. We will see in a few weeks time what occurs here.

Supercharger - Tejon Ranch, CA (expanded to 24 V2 stalls)

I think you guys are talking about the wrong location as this is the original not the expansion location. You can find that thread here. https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/supercharger-tejon-ranch-ca-outlets-at-tejon-pkwy-live-1-sep-2021-76-v3-stalls.229553/

    Supercharger - King City, CA (LIVE 15 Sep 2023, 16 V3 stalls)

If that is really where the transformer should go where are the conduits and concrete pad? Tesla needs to install this for the utility to connect to so I am suspect that this is the location of the transformer.

    Supercharger - Visalia, CA #2 (under construction May 2022, 20 V3 stalls)

The Superchargers are behind that near where the Hotel is supposed to go closer to the freeway. They need to get the main streets in before Tesla can continue working on their site. Once we see the streets in we should begin to see some progress.

Supercharger - Mountain View, CA - Grant Rd (under construction, 32 stalls)

I really love to see that many V3 charging cabinets at one time. The size of stalls per site is ever increasing.

Supercharger - Long Beach, CA - Long Beach Blvd. (LIVE 9 May 2022, 8 V3 stalls)

Since this site looks like Tesla is complete can someone locate the SCE transformer equipment looks like we are probably waiting on the Utility for this one.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Genesee Ave (LIVE 23 Jan 2023, 8 stalls)

That is pretty odd could be there is still other utility work not at the site required to be online or there is something going on with Tesla at this site.
