Fargo is on the list, but it's in the last batch of superchargers on the map. I'm keeping my eyes open for any activity. I have a few suspect locations near the junction of I29 and I94. The Petro on I94 is at the top of my speculation list at this point. No evidence, just a gut feeling...

I've talked with one of the hotels in Fargo about installing a charging station... got a blank stare and lip smack.

Nice story. Glad my meager 110 was more helpful than the charger at the dealership. That's pretty much the same experience most people in Fargo have at this dealership. They're not known for they're hospitality. If they didn't have a monopoly on GM and Nissan vehicles in the region, I suspect...

No question the Kia is nowhere near as refined and pleasing as the MS or Rapide.

Rapide was first shown as a concept vehicle at the 2006 Detroit auto show.

I expect intitial price point in the high 40's or 50's. Just wishing in one hand.:rolleyes:

Price point should be below $30,000 and it should go at least 260 miles. Maybe a little more average joe and less luxury. Ford Focus/Mazda 3-ish? With Tesla style, of course.

Petro or Loves truck stops? Most are already close to the interstate and most of them have the amenities to hang around for a half hour to an hour. I also think they should partner with Jiffy Lube or Valvoline for battery swap locations.

I'll have to keep my eyes open. I spend a lot of time in St. Louis Park between Lake Calhoun and 169 on Minnetonka or Excelsior.

Drove by the service center over the weekend while I was in St. Louis Park. (Power was out, not much else to do.) There is a nice Tesla sign and a glass overhead door on the building now. There was also a silver S inside charging. Looks like the 3 bays on the south-ish side of the building...
