Tech arrived today. Concluded that the nozzle was missing. Huh. Based on the original photo above which matches exactly what the OP posted and he said it sprays fine, I don't know what to believe. New wiper on order, coming back to install it next week...

Very interested in what they find out. I have a service guy coming this week to look into my wiper sprayer issues, thought I'd ask him if he had any info.
