Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
Great post with great advice. While I don’t have 9 years and 7 Tesla’s of experience, I do have 2 Tesla’s with very different order experiences. I got tired of waiting on the Cybertruck and really wanted an EV. I was entertaining both the MY and the M3 and after test driving both, I ordered the...
I purchased the Zink touch-up paint for our 21" Uberturbine wheels a few weeks ago. I cleaned the wheels and took a Dremel using the sand paper attachment to smooth out the scratches and applied 2 coats of the paint. The paint is a great match and the curb rash is less noticeable. I wish I...
I had LLumar IRX installed. The distortion is still there, but reduced to an acceptable level. I’d get Tesla to fix it if they can. I was just gonna deal with it.
I had the same issue of distortion which was quite annoying. I added a 50% ceramic tint and it reduced that distortion considerably. It was an unexpected benefit of tinting.
Yeah, they told me to keep calling back to check availability. I actually had a 6:15am appointment on the drop off day in hopes of getting the loaner, no luck though. The credits are working fine for us. Used them to get a ride home on drop off day and plan to use them to pick it up.
Tesla currently has my MYP to fix a dent on the passenger side door that was there at delivery. I was told that they’d have a loaner, but ended up with a $100 per day Uber credit since they didn’t have a loaner available.
I want to give a shout out to @TPARTS for sending out the data cable needed for the data module to work in my MYP. I ordered the module before delivery. Low and behold, team Tesla found another pointless cost cutting component to remove from vehicles delivered after 6/15/22. The TParts team sent...
Yes, I have the all seasons, and generally only drive all season tires. I’m not sure how well the 21” wheels are in snow. This is the lowest profile tire I’ve owned. We have a pretty steep hill and many of the all wheel drive sports cars with similar set-ups struggle to make it. I’m planning to...
Wow. Great deal. Speaking of price increases, I saw the TPMS went up as well. I need to get to looking for a winter tire/wheel setup ASAP. If anybody has a recommendation, please share.
