Same boat here, also picked up my PM3 in August, had FUSC but my account still shows pay-per-use

I just got off the phone with them, and the customer service rep told me that they don't have details yet for the 5K refund but they will tag my account for this and shoot me an email when details arrive. What is everyone else hearing?
