I would not go crazy on the inspection. Look for obvious things like misalignments, paint issues etc. When you get home if things don’t work (like say a USB port isn’t working), group a bunch of stuff together for a service appointment.

From vin to delivery for me is about 3 weeks. Not quick at all. I finally get it tomorrow

This is an unwarranted response. He was promised a MC 11 months ago and Tesla didn’t deliver. Unacceptable. Period.

Geez. 12mm at the hatch? That's like the thickness of a phone. That's a massive bulge between two panels. 5mm is also HUGE for the hood. Interior trim is probably just some clips that need reattached.
