You could always adjust the seat height so from outside your headrests seem aligned. 😉 That's what I do when my wife sits next to me. Extra bonus is that it does not look as if there's some child sitting next to me. 😁

Yes indeed, didn't notice it because headrest is set in the driver's profile, but tried it after reading your post and the little window that used to pop up isn't there anymore. Manual though still refers to it
