How long does it take for the credit to show up in someone’s account after delivery?

Maybe bc we’re trading in the one already on the policy and adding a new one? Not sure

It won’t let you do it through the app for some reason. The app tells you to call the phone number. And I was also on hold today for over an hour.

Just received a text saying “We have reached out to our documents team to ask them to adjust the fees on your order and this should be adjusted over the next couple hours. We have also sent your trade in for final approval from our trade in team so we can generate that MVPA.” Still no FSD...

Have delivery scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Still no FSD transfer or updated invoice to reflect removal of $15000. Finally just went to a local credit union for financing based on my own math bc Tesla is dragging their feet to update the invoice. But no MVPA in the account to release loan...

Things started moving a bit faster once I had a date scheduled. Seems they’re not bothering with transfers until about 1-3 days prior to delivery

Anyone get a premature “payment complete” on their account with a negative balance? I haven’t received a trade in offer, had FSD subtracted, or filled out the loan application yet and it already closed the payment tab as complete. Delivery is Saturday.

This morning my account says payment complete with a -$20k balance but I haven’t changed anything as I’m still waiting on trade in offer and subtraction if the $15kFSD charge to finalize the loan application. What gives?

Ordered 7/30 EDD 8/5 Still waiting on a final trade in offer for my 2019 Model 3 to show up in the app. However I got an earlier estimate that is showing up in the finance section. Does this initial estimate typically hold true as the final offer?

It appears that I can’t even make a delivery appointment any further out than 3-4 days. Kind of stuck waiting for trade in offer and removal of $15k to finalize the loan. Does scheduling a delivery date accelerate the process?
