The good and the bad. I have just done 25,000 miles over the past two years in a Model 3.

It is good to hear that Tesla has addressed in its latest Highland update the issues with the Model 3--excessive cabin noise and harsh suspension-- that I wrote about in my original post (Sept 8th 2022). But Tesla still needs to improve the availability of parts and the high costs and repair...

I have just done 25,000 miles over the past two years in a Model 3. Probably the best (certainly the most interesting) car I have ever owned. But it is not without faults. Excessively noisy at motorway speeds so that I can’t listen to the music I like. The suspension is harsh and uncomfortable...

    Bad service, great car

Sorry, not sure what sort of calibration they did. I had the windshield replaced because of stone damage. The company that did the replacement, Autoglass, advised that Tesla would need to calibrate the front camera behind the windshileld following this replacement.

    Bad service, great car

I took my Tesla Model 3 for a pre-arranged appointment at Park Royal service centre (London, UK) at 10.30am on Friday Nov 20th. They said the repair--camera calibration--would take two hours and told me that they would be in touch as soon as it was finished. By 2pm, I had heard nothing, so sent...

Why doesn't Mod3 user interface make reading alerts easier?

I hope Tesla engineers look at this thread because the warning messages on the screen are much too small to be read by people with poor vision such as myself who have to wear long-sight spectacles. This would be such an easy change to make. Why hasn't it been done already. The problem, I...

    Sentry Mode Sensitivity?

I have to park on the street outside my London home. Sentry Mode is far too sensitive and records hundreds of events each day as pedestrians walk by on the pavement at least three feet away from the car. Tesla need to reduce the sensitivity of the record function. Or even better allow the owner...

    Walk away lock not working

On my European Model 3, the Allow Keyless driving option is under the Safety and Security tab right at the bottom which also has another option: Allow Mobile Access which I have selected. I am on 2019.32.2.1. As you may see from my initial post, I have just had £1500 of golf clubs stolen from...

    Walk away lock not working

Thanks for your Bluetooth explanation. As a new Model 3 owner, I am mystified by what it does and doesn't do. For example, Allow Keyless Driving is an option that I have not selected. Despite this when I approach the car with my iPhone, the Model 3 unlocks and I am able to drive it as soon as I...

    Walk away lock not working

I have just had £1500 of golf clubs stolen from the boot of my Model 3 because I foolishly relied on my iPhone locking the car when I waked away from the car. Tesla needs to fix this bug immediately. Adam Raphael
