With permission from ME and DH, here is a picture of the Orange/Silver-Gray cars together:

They will probably come up with better side by side photos once DH's car is delivered.

Martin is likely hoping they will get around to upgrading it to 1.5 one of these days. Maybe by it being there so often the guys at Tesla will take the hint.

Lots of cars come in for service, firmware upgrades, and other adjustments. Martin's car is just so recognizable that everyone knows when it is in the shop.

Of maybe a half dozen times I visited the store, Martin's car happened to be there twice.

At the end of the Rally we got to see the car in the sunlight for the first time.

Looks amazing!

It's one of those lightening in a bottle paint colors. Everywhere you stand it looks different. All of them good in the sun.

I had hoped that while our car was at the Tesla store it would get a prominent spot in the showroom but they had it parked outside in the sun because that's where everyone responded to it.

Also happy it came out like the mockup:

Sun position and lighting is similar to above but the ground is light enough to throw off an exact match. (image flopped)

The gray rims look pretty good. I may just keep them instead of the planned black.

Yeah, I would say so - you may have lucked out that the "mis-colored batch" is a good match for your custom color.

This Roadster in London is sweet looking. Fusion Red with carbon fiber exterior and black wheels.

That does look great, although I still wish the mirrors were in CF also, like the original mock-up we saw.
