The #20 bus going to Millennium Park indicates that these pics were probably taken in Chicago.
Might this be P4?? Previously seen in Monaco.

Yes it is P4 due to location and the founders badge on the side panel near the rear tire.

So the next question is what P4 is doing there. Is there some kind of Tesla event in Chicago or is it being delivered to it's owner? If it's the latter, lets hope he/she doesn't have any issues with the car any time soon. Quite a distance for the car to travel for service.

Probably many cities have a corner that looks something like that. I had to do a little sleuthing to figure out where it was. The closest I've managed to get to Chicago is a bunch of layovers at O'Hare. But the cab with IL plates and the local city bus are what gave it away. That and the fact that the photographer's Flickr profile says he's from Chicago.
(Of course he could have been traveling, so I had to look for other clues to be sure.)
