Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 586 | You know Malcom, Tesla could do some serious marketing by soliciting ideas for posters, hats, t-shirts, etc. from Joe Public. They could have some sort of contest and not really even have to offer prizes. I think a lot of people that can't afford the Roadster would either enter, or buy some of this stuff just to hang on their walls, bumper stickers, or themselves. I'd like to see the logo somewhere other than the Internet.

Although it's fun to put these images together, now that I think about it, I feel that Tesla's integrity as a car company is best served by sticking much more closely to the cars themselves.
Eco-cleverness can be irritating as well as memorable. "Top Mileage of The Year, 2011" from Whatever Car magazine, is much more useful.

If so, it wasn't one I made myself.
I think it is about time I took a picture and posted (which I will do soon), but apparently it was a prototype for a design that Tesla may not actually produce.
It is probably a collectors item, but I plan to wear and enjoy it to show my support for Tesla. |
