Custom Avatars Now Available For All Registered Members
Sorry they were not available before.
vfx pointed out that he was unable to make a custom avatar, or upload one.
I went into permissions and found that this was not allowed for registered members so I allowed it so now you should be able to upload your custom avatars.
Thanks vfx for making me aware of this.

I just thought they were reserved for moderators and didn't complain. I did enough of that already
