"OEM specs: 5x120 bolt pattern, 40mm offset, 64mm centerbore, hubcentric, M14x1.5 lugs with 170 N/m torque; per Jerry 33 (our resident wheel expert), don't want more than +/- 4mm on the new offset or +/- 2% on the revs/mile (anything more would prob need your speedometer/odometer calibrated) "

The 19's are 19x8. I searched the forum for 21x and turned up nothing, so I can't tell you what the width is on the 21's...

Weights:
19" Wheels: 13.74kg ~30lbs each (according to a Tesla engineer)
Tires: 27lbs each (according to Tire Rack for Eagle RS-A2 245/45 19")"
from: Weight of 19 Wheels and Tires

21" Wheels: "the 21" wheels with Continental ExtremeContact DW tires weigh 61 pounds. Tirerack says those tires weigh 26 pounds, so the 21" wheels must be 35 pounds. "

I added the wheels specs to the FAQ for future reference. Model S - FAQ - Tesla Motors Club - Enthusiasts & Owners Forum
