Force of habit to say stupid. Im sorry if i offended you. My definition of stupid is anything that is exceedingly obvious that is being repeated as though it is some sort of brilliant insight. I don't like to engage in pointless discussion, especially when I m pissed. I am an angry person. I won't lie about this. Doesn't change the fact that my attitude is valid. I'm not a raging lunatic, I just don't like redundancy, or meangingless discussion that doesn't really say anything, especially when im seeking a real useful answer. So long as there are a handful of people parading themselves as advocating the short case, (these people who need not be named,) it makes me angry that very few longs have updated their reasoning and thoughts on the future of tesla.

^ You have to do your own homework. The reality is that one person's gain is usually another's loss and rarely do most people share their trading secrets. TMC members are happy to muse and discuss, and maybe even give a few tips here and there as we'd all like to see TSLA going up.....but (IMO at least) this is not a investment group where we are making joint decisions. We are all responsible for our own decisions and many people will generously share their experience with you....Just address things in a less angry way and you'll likely get more reasonable feedback.

It's a volatile stock which I buy into when it drops, as opposed to complaining. So I bought more stock today. You can try to understand it, get used to it and then you can make money from it. Were you around for the stock bubble in 2000? It's a complex algorithm.

Your posts were not censored or deleted. They were moved to a location where they will not derail the discussion on the Investor's thread.

I know at least one member took offense because he reported your post for inappropriate language. Frankly I agree with him. There's nothing wrong with the substantial content of your message. Tone it down and no one's going to object.

That was a warning shot across the bow. Rude behavior is not appreciated nor tolerated on these forums.

I would think it's pretty obvious. There are people out there who do not share our views that Tesla will be very successful, or perhaps simply think that's a highly risky investment - which is probably is. There are a whole list of reasons why Tesla could still fail.

I like to play blackjack at the casinos. I can't tell you the number of times I've had ten or eleven, doubled down with the dealer showing a six, and had the dealer still beat me. It's gambling. The Stock Market is gambling. There is no sure thing. I'd put Tesla as a great bet. I have put money where my mouth is and bought, for me, a large amount of stock. I feel about Tesla the way I would holding a 20 against the dealer showing a 6. TANSTAAFL also applies. It looks like it will do a positive jump tomorrow with the number of people choosing to buy in. As others have said - if you aren't willing to lose your money, don't bet.

Everything in my gut says Tesla is doing things as right as they can. Is it perfect? Of course not. Is it better than the average company? I'd say emphatically YES. Of course that's just my opinion. Personally I wish I'd sold a couple weeks ago at 35/36 and bought back in today. Then I'd have about 20% more stock than I had. But I didn't. That's also why it's gambling...

I like this trading range - made some money here. I agree with Iamthecaliflower that Tesla's worth 10B, easy (based on next year's earnings), but there will not be any serious appreciation until profits are reported (excluding major announcement i.e. $1B powertrain deal). "Investors" are becoming impatient based on Tesla's 2013 guidance, simply put.. and there is a lot of downward force in the price. I believe we'll see upper $22 again sometime before the next call. May as well ride the wave in and out until then.

I still want an explanation for why the stock rallied for 1 week straight to near 52 week high, then collapsed. At this level,we have broken the 200 day!! WTH!! Does the term sold out through 2014 mean nothing? I hate you guys!!, completely useless.
Please keep in mind this is not an investor's forum and a large number of commenters here don't even own any TSLA stock. You shouldn't come here expecting anyone to be able to answer your investment questions or give you great investment advice. And I'm not surprised to see drops when there's a non-news period for TSLA. TSLA has lots of shorters.
Because there are tons of crazy people in this world...

Cali... I pulled another 10k out of mutual funds for Tesla.. I believe.
and the price is good ( not as good as the 25$ but pretty damn good this far in the game)

Have you driven an S yet?
It may calm you down some.
    very peaceful
even with squealing people in the back I didn't even notice the radio was on (my wife had to tell me)

I planned on only getting a little Tsla but...
I'm sorry, they have the **** together.

the current price is begging me....
