I miss Martin’s blog, which was erased as part of the settlement of his lawsuit against the Chairman: Tesla Co-Founder (Dammit!) Settles Suit (Legal Pad) .

It’s also too bad that Revenge of the Electric Car shamefully presented the resolution of the lawsuit in such a misleading and erroneous manner.

The last statement is telling in Before Who killed the Electric Car. " By 2003 California has mandated that 10% of all vehicles sold in California will be Electric" Guess they kind of having a history of not standing by their mandates when it suits them!
