I'd love to have brownout protection from my car.

Due to different cell chemistry, the Tesla battery pack doesn't like being cycled as well as the LEAF's pack.
No thanks. That is what the Tri-fuel Genset is for.
Besides, didn't I see something in the roadster's warranty that says not to use the car as a stationary power source. I suspect the same will be true of the Model S.
