Apparently MS shorted FB
The world loves to be deceived.
It's not that they shorted FB, but rather that they allegedly withheld information about declining revenue. This could get interesting.

I had a friend that ordered lets say for example, 50K shares anticipating on getting 30K in the IPO. It is usual to not get less than what you request in an IPO. Well he got all 50K! Unheard of unless there is something wrong fundamentally with the IPO. Just saying........
Also, I thought you were not able to short an IPO, at least until all shares are issued and the market is flowing wiith ample buys and sells.
