I received this from Tesla asking us for assistance in assimilating all the incentives that are available around the country:

'We have a slightly updated incentive section on our website that has a new email incentives@teslamotors.com – we encourage all customers to use that email to inform us of any incentives that they are aware of that we do not have on the website. Since there are so many state and local incentives, we greatly appreciate any information so we can update our website for all customers to access these wonderful incentives for Model S owners.'

Yes the same page for the canadian version of the site is very outdated. The news header is ok, but the Learn More link points to the tax department where it is impossible to find anything related to electric car incentives...

The Learn More link for Quebec, points to Quebec's tax department, which reminds me more of tax time, than the pleasure of driving electric ...

There is a site dedicated to the incentives program since January : (french only at this time) Véhicules électriques - Site du gouvernement du Québec
I have asked about an english version of the site, but it seems it is not ready yet. You can inquire here :

Thanks. They have the info for WA (though you have to type "Washington" into the <state> field. "WA" does not work. So folks need to type in their full state name.)

Sent a test message. Apparently you can't send to them without auth. Their mail server is configured for outbound sending rather than for receiving mail.

Apparently they use a third party service in New York:

Note that I'm not using exchange, so the problem is not client dependent. It's server configurations. Only trained professionals should manage a mail system.

I still run Exchange 2007 also. When upgrading to 2010 (I believe that is still the most current) it was large cost increase, lots of labor without a lot of benefit. It also outmoded some of our integral software that was not compatible with 2010. My company decided to stick with 2007. Good decision IMO!
