Yes, at Geneva. I thought it was too slow.
However it may have been set on the restricted power setting, which would have been silly.

I saw several ones in the wild here in Switzerland. One of them on the highway.
I saw also some in Paris. The Renault store at the Champs Elysees is full of little Twizies and the people just love them!
