Went for $22100 in the end, so still holding value even with the new generation of cars on the road.

Look at other cars that age, they are selling for about 20% of their original value. Rav4 ev kept about 50% for being older. Normally you lose that value in the first year or 2
Well, the first generation RAV4 EV is going to be a classic, a museum piece. Keep it in show condition and it should retain far, far more value than the average car, even the average electric car.
