Is it totally crazy that I'm trying to find a way to get to San Jose from Eugene, OR this weekend?

Nope. I'm driving in on Sunday - but it's a little closer for me (140m). I want to spend a little more time checking out my next new vehicle. 
No, I've been trying to find flights from Canada, but last minute pricing & flight options from YVR or even Bellingham, WA proved silly!
Would love to see it in person. Guess I'll be waiting a while longer....

I'm hoping/expecting to be there with a DSLR and HD video equipment.
Anything outside of the obvious I should try to capture, assuming my plans work out?

Perhaps see if you can get relay just how roomy the rear seats are in pics/videos? I didn't get good rear seat time in at the feb event, and recently having to ride in the back seat of my Q5, it's now more important to me than ever.

They had two "concept colors" for the Model X. I think the main prototype that drives is done in what they call "Titanium".

I'm with Bonnie I really like what I've seen on-line. If they've already developed this color for the Model X, one would think it would be available for the Model S.

Yep, I do. But it's a little early to pick my color yet, since I only have a sample size of one. Hopefully there will be a 'Signature [new color]' for the Model X that has the same wow factor as Signature Red.
