When I click on the wheels in the design studio, it says, "19" aerodynamic wheels with all-season tires". When did they start calling the non-aero wheels aerodynamic?

Traditionally they are steel or well-used-alloy beater wheels that you don't care much about. I suspect that's not what Tesla is selling for a winter wheel/tire package though^^^ So what are winter wheels anyway?....
