I have updated David Peilow's map to include the ZCW Charging Stations. Today we have 8 live sites, 16 pending sites, and another 50 sites 'in the works';

http://www.zerocarbonworld.org/charging-station-map

All ZCW Charging Stations support simultaneous charging from one or two 32A IEC-60309 "commando" sockets, plus a 13A BS-1363 "UK" socket.

Full details of each site will be published on the ZCW website with a summary posted here on TMC.

We have set ourselves the goal of donating 1,000 sites in the UK by June 2012 and appreciate any help that you can offer...

sometimes it all comes together... ZCW donated Charging Station, community electric van, and a wind turbine :smile:

Can we get both sockets in one housing?
No, feedback from our first 50 sites suggested that they wanted the flexibility to deploy to parking spaces that were some distance apart (we donate two Charging Stations to each site). It's also become clear that sites require flexibility to cope with the inevitable change in the EV industry... the design is therefore completely modular so you can add features in future as required.

We will release several "mennekes" versions including 3-Phase 63A.

For sites that do not qualify for donation we will sell the Charging Stations at low cost... for example our 32A 1-Phase "mennekes" version will retail at £250 ($400)
