I think the guy is doing a disservice by calling it a Tesla Roadster in his listings.

They tried to make a go of it some years back but failed.

I believe they only managed to build this one prototype, so it's likely one of a kind.
It seems to be no longer listed on carsforsale.com but is still on autos.aol.com
