there is already a charger which would fit. the BRUSA NLG6 3-ph 22kW, liquid cooled. Or 3x NLG513 á 3,3kW = 10kW same output as one Model S onboard charger. Weight 6,3kg, only 4kg more.

widodh: I support your letter. According eberhard's infos, I hear such a strong No, for 3ph charging, from tesla, so i guess, software action is not enough, to convince teslamotors.

Why not working on hardware engineering symultanios, to convince tesla, to realise the project together, than without teslamotors.

If there exist a prototype for retrofit the 1ph to 3ph charging, wich can be done in serie, tesla can hardly stay beside.

At this point I don't think we shouldn't be looking for custom options for the Model S. Tesla has enough capable staff to work this out.
