link color/visibility

Hi,

Is there a way to change the default color of the link text when it's posted? Maybe the text for a link could be automatically underlined or written in bold to make it more obvious. Thanks.

Anything but a dark shade of blue, which is almost indistinguishable from black. How about red?

I am in total agreement that a much brighter color is needed, but I don't think the color should be the same as the hover color which is red. The link should change color on mouse over.

It does need to be a little noticeable even without mouse-over so you know it's a link but I agree. I guess we could try a lighter color or keep the same color and have them underlined.

If it was blue *and* automatically underlined, that's all it would take. When I post a link, I try and remember to always underline it before inserting the link.

Underlining links was one of the first settings i turned off in Netscape 1.x because it reduces readability.
