There is a directory of 'affiliate' locations (including Las Vegas and New Mexico.)
So this was something like multiple craigslist advertisements made by affiliates on behalf of an agency that represents an auction house.
Fair bit of 'middlemen' involved in that transaction!
I own the Washington location of RV Help-U-Sell. There are over 30 affiliate locations around the country. No different than a whole bunch of realtors all trying to sell the same house.
