Tesla has now added the Carbon Fiber Spoiler to its online Shop. Up to now they have been very strict in selling them only with new P Models. Might it be possible that they have to many of them and can't use them any longer since a redesigned Model S is being released soon? ... or wishful thinking :smile:

Adaptive spoiler available only for S-P90D or higher! Tesla wants to sell as many high priced cars it can swing out of your pocket. Not a bad business idea.:wink:

most (if not all) of the ebay ones seems to have a slight gap on the driver side from warpage. I can see it but I don't mind much about it. But if you are a perfectionist then spend the $1500.

I have the one from ebay and agree with Steph280. I do have a slight gap...it bothers me but nobody else sees it. I may wait until the summer, remove it, and try to use a heat gun to get in in place better.

It says you have to include your VIN and have it delivered through a service center. I wonder if they are controlling sales to "P" versions thorough VIN verification - and they are tired of doing the factory install on them like what happened with the dual charger option.
