Add Destination Charging Location - Baja, Mexico

For those living in San Diego and occasionally making trips to Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada, etc, it would be very convenient to have a HPWC or any decent charging location around there so there aren't any range issues. Does anybody know of any places? If not, what is the best way of getting a place to add destination charging?
