FYI for those who care, Four Seasons San Francisco has a level 2, charging at 30A, no charge for guests. Just bring your adaptor. Bonus is a premium parking spot right by the valets. I topped up in Dublin coming from Fresno but if I had known this I could have made it in a straight shot. although not by much. THe Valets there were very familiar with Teslas.
