This is my problem : the car 70D stops unplugged up to 4 days. During winter I loose up to 40 km and this could be a problem.
In my dream I could reduce the lost of range connecting a solar PV panel ( 12 Volts 125 Watt DC ) directly to the Tesla plug.
Is the power to low to be accepted ?
Nobody try this way ?

thanks

Yes, that power it is too low to go through tesla plug associated HW. Charging circuits and pumps and ... alone need about 1kW to run at all.

What could be done though is directly connecting this outside power source to 12V battery keeping it charged at all times.
That would reduce the number of car wakeups and 12V charging cycles and also prolong 12V battery life.
