this is a great case of supply and demand (while I never understood paying a premium for something still in production) you may do better with an eBay listing with a no limit auction starting at msrp or somewhere reasonably above it

It's the OP's decision, but imo blocking the VIN is going to hurt whatever 'best offer' she (or he) might receive. Part of the value is the early VIN. Keeping that hidden probably won't help the price.
