Stupid question, I know, but there used to be a "confirm" button on the ordering site. I can't find it now.

I ordered about 15 minutes ago. How do I confirm the order? Does it just happen automatically now?

CONGRATULATIONS!

Just be patient. When I ordered in September, a few hours later I got an email and another button popped-up so I could accept terms, then I got an email a week later that my order was confirmed (you have 7 days to change your mind without penalty on options or to pull-out your order). There has been at least one comment in another thread that you can speed some of that up by calling your Delivery Specialist (once they are assigned to you) -- don't know if that's fact or fiction though.

@Brunton, I were you I would keep checking back on "My Tesla." Of course when I ordered online (with help of a Chicago sales rep on the phone with me), the sales rep said I would have to wait 7 days before it would confirm... and in that meantime I had opportunity to make configuration changes. However, when I checked "My Tesla" the day after submitting my order, the "Confirm" button was there... I pressed it... voila: I was in the production queue... no waiting 7 days.

The 7-day wait was removed in late Q4 to get the confirmations done earlier and possibly more cars delivered during the quarter. It may be back to the 7-day auto-confirm now. But keep checking MyTesla and if the button comes up for you as GotOne says, press it.
