This makes no sense. The wh per 100 mile figures do not align with the range figures.

EPA figures for energy usage dont add up

Pretty sure the kWh / 100 mile numbers are from wall to wheels -- they include charging losses (ac from wall -> dc to battery), so they are inflated vs the numbers you get from driving. Takes more than 85 kWh from the wall to fill the 85kWh battery.
