WTB: Roadster HPC to Model S Charging Adapter

Title says it all. I'd like to obtain an adapter to connect a Model S to my Roadster HPC.

Now that I'm looking to buy one, it no longer appears on the shop.teslamotors.com site. If you have one you are not using, I'll take it off your hands.
