Can you purchase a CPO car from the Canadian inventory and have it shipped to the US? Some of us are pretty close to Canada, and it looks like there is a small service center transfer fee. If the car has never been registered in the USA, would it qualify for the $7500 Federal tax rebate even though it may be used?

Technically you can buy a Canadian CPO car, but I am begging you to be a decent human being and stop considering it.
Canadians can't do the reverse, and there is such a tiny selection available to us compared to the overwhelming choice you have in American pre-owned cars. PLEASE leave the Canadian cars for Canadians!
