iPad locking up and dropping websites

Looking for some help with my iPad from some of you with technical skills. Ever since updating to the latest iOS my iPad will lock up and when I'm in a web site it drops it and goes back to the home screen or says problem downloading the web site and reloads it. I have a 3 year old iPad 2 and any help that is available would be appreciated.

Start with a good ol' reboot. It that doesn't solve it, back up via iTunes to your computer (or iCloud, but the computer is faster). Then Erase all content: Settings->General->Reset->Erase all Content and Settings. Reinstall everything from the backup.
