WHY??? Argh!!! Ok, what we really need is to have everyone put in a charging station at the end of their yard, so people parking on the street can charge their electric vehicles. The owner of the house can collect the proceeds... they can easily charge double the cost of the electricity and still be very economical for those charging their cars. Electricity is everywhere! It's completely ubiquitous. We don't need to destroy our environment for oil when we can change the status quo.
