Model S Delivery - Wheel Damage

Hi all,

Our P85D has arrived in our city and we were due for delivery today. However, the third party used to deliver it noticed wheel damage. They said that it is repairable, but will put back delivery.

Anyone else had this issue? A $200k vehicle (AUD) and they need to repair a wheel? Should we request that they send a new wheel out?

No I don't. They were quite vague about the details, what type of damage was it, what caused it or anything. Only that they would repair it. This is in Australia btw.

UPDATE: Called the company handling the delivery. Turns out it was a minor scratch on one of the front wheels. Penetrated the clear coat but not the paint work. They are respraying and baking it. Must have occurred in transit. But looks like delivery will be early next week.
