    Tesla Says Model S Sedan to Be Profitable Even on Base Model

    Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA), ... said its battery-powered sedan that goes on sale next year will be profitable even on the base model that will sell for $57,400.

    Yes..... but so do I and anyone else that has stock in the company.

    Well yeah, but I meant... Well, the article made it seem like Panasonic had a majority stake or something

    Not even close. I think the biggest sum they invested is $30 million, while Toyota and Daimler invested $50 million each.
    Because there are tons of crazy people in this world...
